Hit your Target with the Support of a Leadership Edge Coach

YES! You can have as many coaching requests as you would like. Our coaches will support you on all of them.

Most of our coaching is done asynchronously (through the secure messaging) and our coaches will send you several videos where they are talking directly to you. The live virtual coaching sessions are different. You will join a virtual room and have a real-time discussion with your coach. You receive three 30-minute live sessions annually with your membership and you can purchase more sessions through your coach.

Our coaches typically respond within 24 hours max – most of time it is much faster!

When you interact with one of our coaches, we will work with you to establish some goals. After we collaboratively set those goals, we will identify the actions needed to accomplish the goals. Our coaches will follow up with you to ensure these actions are completed. We also have a dynamic feedback platform where you can get perspectives from your key stakeholders on the progress towards your goals.

Leadership Edge Live is our virtual academy for leaders. Becoming a member to Leadership Edge Live gives you unlimited access to amazing courses and dynamic learning experiences. It is an incredible compliment to Leadership Edge Coach.

Nope! Your coach will typically send a video when they are sharing their thoughts with you but you do not need to use video unless you want to!
